It all started when…
we promised one another we would take one step at a time toward our dream no matter how far away that dream felt at the time. Nicole, trained as an Integrative Nurse Practitioner, and Kirk, a Web developer turned do-it-all builder and more, we knew deep in our bones we desired a life where we could let our passions flow with ease and joy. We didn’t exactly know what that life would look like when we set out on this journey, but we knew at the core of it all, we wanted to share our passions and skills with others while we created the life we wanted for our family.
We were presented with an opportunity to purchase this incredible piece of land in April 2020, and have since cultivated four unique dwellings for visitors to enjoy. Each dwelling was consciously crafted to showcase an alternative living environment that puts the natural surroundings and the regeneration of the environment at the forefront and serves as an all-encompassing experience for those who participate. The domes, created with sacred geometry at their core, offer a one-of-a-kind opportunity for individuals to sense into the ease and harmonization that comes when aligned with the natural environment, that place where creativity and clarity thrive.
It was through our own powerful experience living in a dome that the name “Klarhet” was conceived. Klarhet, both Swedish and Norwegian for “clarity”, resonated with us as a shared experience that encompassed the feeling we were seeking to hold for both ourselves and visitors alike. Clarity, that beautiful feeling that encompasses ease, clear thinking, and the knowing within of the wellbeing that resides in us all, remains at the root of all we create. It’s the wild wonder that washes over you as you stare up at the mesmerizing Milky Way while snuggled in close by the fire from the comfort of your dome, or the self-love that bubbles up as you move through a gentle yoga practice while the sun peeks over the horizon in its full glory.
It’s our intention to continue to cultivate this land in harmony with what the environment, local community, our visitors, and us, as individuals are calling for to enhance that sense of clarity within us all. We’re having an absolute blast as this journey unfolds, and we can’t wait for you to come along for the ride!
